Who pays whom
A fair question, and one we would rather answer ourselves. On a purchase, TREE is paid a commission by the selling party, as is normal in Spain. You pay nothing for the brokerage.
If you have already found a house and want only the survey, that costs €800. If you search with us alone, the survey is included and you pay nothing upfront.
Why you can still trust the survey: the surveyor is not on our payroll. We bring him in per survey, so he has no stake in selling any particular house. We earn on the house you end up buying, not on the first one that comes along. If it does not stand up, we say so, even when that costs us the assignment.
The survey runs after the property is reserved and before the purchase is final.
Who is behind it
