Why this report exists
Buying a house in Spain means buying in a language you may not speak, with build quality you cannot judge yourself. Numbers help. This report gives you the facts to have a sharper conversation with any agent. Ours included.
Who pays whom
A fair question, and one we would rather answer ourselves. On a purchase, TREE is paid a commission by the selling party, as is normal in Spain. You pay nothing for the brokerage.
If you have already found a house and want only the survey, that costs € 800. If you search with us alone, the survey is included and you pay nothing upfront.
Why you can still trust our surveyor: he is on our payroll and has no stake in selling any particular house. We earn on the house you end up buying, not on the first one that comes along. If it does not stand up, we say so, even when that costs us the assignment.
The survey runs after the property is reserved and before the purchase is final.

Who is behind it
TREE is an estate agent and a builder in Jávea. Find. Build. Live. We have our own Dutch building surveyor on the team, who inspects houses before purchase and guides the renovation afterwards. That is the service. The report stands apart from it: numbers first.
