On the lower floor which is also accessible by stairs from the upper floor are 3 independent fully equipped apartments which can sleep more than 12 people. Besides the spacious terrace with the large pool there is a large covered terrace with bar and professional kitchen which is ideal for holding dinners for large groups. There are also several other seating areas spread over the plot. The villa offers many extras such as a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a second outdoor kitchen, two laundry rooms and a large pond with waterfall.
