TREE Properties is the estate agency of TREE in Jávea. Behind the agent stand our own surveyor, our architect, our building team and the interiors branch, so buy with us and there’s nothing left to go looking for. We work across the whole Marina Alta: from Pego and Dénia down to Calpe, along the coast and inland. Jávea is our home base and we are here ourselves, so you are never calling a distant office.

How we work

We listen first.

What you write down and what you end up buying are rarely the same thing, and that’s fine. So we’ll also show you houses just outside your list, and tell you why.

We say it when something is off.

Damp in a wall, a plot that can’t be built on, an asking price that makes no sense: you’ll hear it from us, even when it costs us the sale.

We stay after the keys.

Water, power, internet, local tax, a builder who actually answers the phone. Nobody arranges that for you when you’ve just arrived.

TREE is more than the agency. TREE Constructions builds and renovates, and Sani-Kitchen Projects does kitchens, bathrooms and sanitary ware, tiles and interiors. That partnership has run since 2022. Buy a house that needs work and you won’t have to hunt for a builder who replies. Prefer your own people? That’s fine too.
