This policy explains how we process the personal data of visitors, enquirers and people who contact us through the site. It does not cover processing arising from a signed intermediation agreement, from a sale, from the contractual relationship that follows, from recruitment, or from other activities that require separate information.
2. Data we may process, and where it comes from
Data you provide: as mandatory fields, name and email address; as optional fields, phone and message. The reference of the property you are writing about is recorded automatically when the form is sent from a specific listing, as is the language of the page. Anything you choose to include in your message will also be processed.
Communication data: content, date, channel, follow-up status and documentation exchanged while handling your request.
Technical and security data: IP address and request metadata, operational and security data generated by the hosting, and the technical signals needed for the honeypot field and the form's rate limiting. This data is not used for advertising.
Analytics data: online identifiers, device and browser information, pages and interaction events and approximate geographic data, only after Google Analytics 4 has been accepted (measurement ID G-6P6K6BYNWJ). Google Signals is off and Google Tag Manager is not used. No names, emails, phone numbers, form content or other direct identifiers are sent to GA4.
Data about the properties listed (areas, prices, photographs) comes from the selling party or a source they have authorised and is not personal data of visitors; its treatment is described in the Legal notice.
We do not ask for special categories of data, identity documents, bank details or information about minors through the general form. Please do not include them unless we have expressly asked for them through an appropriate channel with the corresponding information.
3. Purposes, legal bases and retention

Data from the general contact form is used only to reply to and reasonably follow up the specific request. It is not used for newsletters, general campaigns or commercial communications unrelated to the enquiry. If that purpose were to change, we would inform you beforehand and obtain the required legal basis. Requests for the market report have their own section (11).
4. Mandatory data and consequences
Name, email address and the box confirming that the privacy information has been shown are mandatory. Phone and message are optional. The property reference and the page language are recorded automatically. If you do not provide the mandatory fields, we cannot process the request.
The box is not consent to process the enquiry: it should read "I have read the Privacy policy" and serves only to evidence that the information was provided.
5. Recipients, processors and transfers
We do not sell personal data and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Depending on the processing, the following may access data on behalf of Propiedades de TREE S.L.: the hosting provider, the CRM through a server-to-server connection only, and Google for GA4 after consent. Advisers bound by confidentiality and authorities may also access data where there is a legal obligation.
Disclosure to the selling party. When you ask for information about a specific property or request a viewing, your contact details may be passed to the selling party or their representative to the extent necessary to handle that request. That disclosure is inherent to the intermediation service you are asking for.

Sanity is used as the content management system. Content is fetched on the server and images are served to the visitor from our own domain via /_next/image, so the browser does not connect directly to Sanity. The /studio area is reserved for editors and the processing of those professional accounts falls outside the scope of this visitor-facing policy.
No transactional email provider is used for the general form. The market report is sent by email through the CRM (HighLevel) listed above.
International transfers will only take place using a valid mechanism. Where an adequacy decision based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework is relied on, we will check that the importing entity holds an active certification whose scope covers the data and services used. Failing that, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses will be used, with supplementary measures where necessary. You can request information about the safeguards at the address above.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Exercise your rights by writing to info@treeproperties.es stating which right you are exercising. We will only ask for additional information to confirm your identity where there is reasonable doubt.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or with the supervisory authority competent where you live or work. Before complaining, you are welcome to contact us to try to resolve the matter.
7. Automated decisions and profiling
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. Internal classification of a request by property, town or language, where used, serves only to organise commercial follow-up and does not produce such effects.
8. Security and confidentiality
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including access restriction, authentication, permission management and the use of providers bound by contractual obligations. No system is entirely invulnerable; incidents will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.
9. Minors
The site is not specifically directed at minors and the general form is not intended to collect their data. If we detect that a minor's data has been provided without a valid basis, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or to seek the relevant authorisation.
10. Changes to this policy
The policy will be updated when processing, providers or legal requirements change. The date of the current version is shown on this page. Last revised: 17 September 2026 (section 11 and Meta added).
11. The Marina Alta Market Report
This section applies to anyone who requests the market report at treeproperties.es/en/market-report, /nl/marktrapport, /de/marktbericht or /es/informe-mercado.
Data. Mandatory: first name, email address, phone number, where you live (free text), your situation (a house already in mind, you want us to search, or you want to build on a plot), how you are financing, when you want to buy, a budget range, and the box confirming this policy was shown. Optional: the box to receive emails about the Marina Alta market. We also record the advert or link you came from (utm parameters) and the technical data described in section 2.

Esta política explica cómo se tratan los datos personales de visitantes, interesados y personas que contactan a través del sitio. No cubre los tratamientos derivados de un encargo de intermediación firmado, de una compraventa, de la relación contractual posterior, de la selección de personal ni de otras actividades que requieran información específica adicional.
2. Datos que podemos tratar y procedencia
Datos facilitados por usted: como campos obligatorios, nombre y correo electrónico; como campos opcionales, teléfono y mensaje. Se registran automáticamente la referencia del inmueble sobre el que escribe, cuando el formulario se envía desde una ficha concreta, y el idioma de la página. Se tratará cualquier información que usted incluya voluntariamente en el mensaje.
Datos de comunicaciones: contenido, fecha, canal, estado de seguimiento y documentación intercambiada durante la atención de su solicitud.
Datos técnicos y de seguridad: dirección IP y metadatos de solicitud, funcionamiento y seguridad generados por el alojamiento, así como señales técnicas necesarias para el campo trampa (honeypot) y la limitación de solicitudes del formulario. Estos datos no se utilizan para publicidad.
Datos de analítica: identificadores en línea, información de dispositivo y navegador, páginas y eventos de interacción y datos geográficos aproximados, únicamente después de aceptar Google Analytics 4 (ID de medición G-6P6K6BYNWJ). Google Signals está desactivado y no se utiliza Google Tag Manager. No se envían a GA4 nombres, correos, teléfonos, contenido del formulario ni otros identificadores directos.
Los datos de los inmuebles publicados (superficies, precios, fotografías) proceden de la parte vendedora o de la fuente que esta haya autorizado y no constituyen datos personales de los visitantes; su tratamiento se describe en el Aviso legal.
No solicitamos categorías especiales de datos, documentos de identidad, datos bancarios ni información sobre menores mediante el formulario general. Le rogamos que no los incluya salvo que se le soliciten expresamente mediante un canal adecuado y con la información correspondiente.

Los datos del formulario general de contacto se utilizan exclusivamente para responder y realizar un seguimiento razonable de la solicitud concreta. No se utilizan para newsletters, campañas generales ni comunicaciones comerciales ajenas a la consulta. Si esta finalidad cambiara, se informaría previamente y se obtendría la base jurídica exigible. La solicitud del informe de mercado tiene su propio apartado (11).
4. Datos obligatorios y consecuencias
Son obligatorios el nombre, el correo electrónico y la casilla que acredita que se ha mostrado la información de privacidad. Son opcionales el teléfono y el mensaje. La referencia del inmueble y el idioma de la página se registran automáticamente. Si no facilita los campos obligatorios, no podremos tramitar la solicitud.
La casilla no constituye consentimiento para tratar la consulta: debe formularse como «He leído la Política de privacidad» y sirve únicamente para acreditar que se ha facilitado la información.
5. Destinatarios, encargados y transferencias
No vendemos datos personales ni los comunicamos a terceros para sus propios fines de marketing.
Según el tratamiento, pueden acceder por cuenta de Propiedades de TREE S.L. el proveedor de alojamiento, el CRM mediante una conexión exclusivamente servidor a servidor y Google para GA4 solo después del consentimiento. También podrán acceder asesores sujetos a confidencialidad y autoridades cuando exista obligación legal.
Comunicación a la parte vendedora. Cuando usted solicite información sobre un inmueble concreto o una visita, sus datos de contacto podrán comunicarse a la parte vendedora o a su representante en la medida necesaria para atender esa solicitud. Esa comunicación es inherente al servicio de intermediación que usted solicita.

Sanity se utiliza como gestor de contenidos. El contenido se obtiene en el servidor y las imágenes se sirven al visitante desde el propio dominio mediante /_next/image, por lo que el navegador no se conecta directamente con Sanity. El área /studio está reservada a redactores y su tratamiento de cuentas profesionales queda fuera del alcance de esta política para visitantes.
No se utiliza ningún proveedor de correo transaccional para el formulario general. El informe de mercado se envía por correo electrónico a través del CRM (HighLevel) indicado arriba.
Las transferencias internacionales solo se realizarán mediante un mecanismo válido. Cuando se utilice una decisión de adecuación basada en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU., se comprobará que la entidad importadora figure con certificación activa y que su alcance cubra los datos y servicios utilizados. Si no se cumple, se utilizarán las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea y, cuando sea necesario, medidas complementarias. Puede solicitar información sobre las garantías en el correo indicado arriba.
6. Derechos
Puede solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición y portabilidad cuando proceda, así como retirar su consentimiento para la analítica en cualquier momento sin afectar a la licitud del tratamiento anterior. Puede ejercer sus derechos escribiendo a info@treeproperties.es e indicando el derecho solicitado. Solo pediremos información adicional para confirmar su identidad cuando existan dudas razonables.
También puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos o ante la autoridad de control que resulte competente en su lugar de residencia o trabajo. Antes de reclamar, puede contactar con nosotros para intentar resolver la cuestión.
7. Decisiones automatizadas y perfiles
No se adoptan decisiones basadas únicamente en tratamientos automatizados que produzcan efectos jurídicos o afecten significativamente de modo similar. La clasificación interna de una solicitud por inmueble, plaza o idioma, si se utiliza, solo sirve para organizar la atención comercial y no produce esos efectos.
8. Seguridad y confidencialidad
Aplicamos medidas organizativas y técnicas razonables atendiendo al riesgo, incluida la limitación de accesos, autenticación, gestión de permisos y uso de proveedores sujetos a obligaciones contractuales. Ningún sistema es absolutamente invulnerable; los incidentes se gestionarán conforme a la normativa aplicable.
9. Menores
El sitio no está dirigido específicamente a menores y el formulario general no pretende recoger sus datos. Si detectamos que se han facilitado datos de un menor sin base válida, adoptaremos medidas razonables para eliminarlos o solicitar la autorización pertinente.
10. Cambios en esta política
La política se actualizará cuando cambien los tratamientos, proveedores o requisitos legales. La fecha de la versión vigente se mostrará en esta página. Última revisión: 17 de septiembre de 2026 (apartado 11 e inclusión de Meta).
11. Informe de mercado de la Marina Alta
Esta sección se aplica a quien solicita el informe de mercado en treeproperties.es/en/market-report, /nl/marktrapport, /de/marktbericht o /es/informe-mercado.
Datos. Obligatorios: nombre, correo electrónico, teléfono, lugar de residencia (texto libre), situación (si ya tiene una vivienda en mente, desea que busquemos o quiere construir en una parcela), forma de financiación, plazo de compra, franja de presupuesto y la casilla que acredita que se ha mostrado esta política. Opcional: la casilla para recibir correos sobre el mercado de la Marina Alta. Se registran además el anuncio o enlace de procedencia (parámetros utm) y los datos técnicos descritos en el apartado 2.

Responsable: Propiedades de TREE S.L. Finalidad: responder su consulta sobre un inmueble y realizar las actuaciones precontractuales que solicite. Bases jurídicas: art. 6.1.b RGPD y, para consultas generales y seguridad, art. 6.1.f RGPD. Destinatarios: proveedores de alojamiento y CRM y, cuando resulte necesario para atender su solicitud, la parte vendedora del inmueble; pueden existir transferencias internacionales con las garantías descritas en la Política de privacidad.
